Conditions and Services

Our ophthalmologist is experienced in treating a wide range of eye conditions.

  • Cataracts
  • Chalazion
  • Diabetes Eye Disease
  • Glaucoma
  • Pterygium
  • Retinal Disorders

We offer medical and surgical treatments for eye disorders and diseases in adult patients, including, but not limited to:

During cataract surgery, the lens of your eye is removed and replaced with an artificial lens. Usually, the lens of your eye should be clear. A cataract causes the lens to become cloudy, affecting your vision.

Glaucoma is a buildup of pressure in the eye that, left untreated, can lead to vision loss. Glaucoma is treated by lowering intraocular pressure. Treatment options include prescription eye drops, oral medication, laser treatment, surgery or a combination of services.

LASIK surgery is a type of refractive laser surgery meant to correct myopia, hyperopia and cure astigmatisms since it is in the cornea.

Our ophthalmologist also performs plastic surgery to treat conditions that involve the eyelids or tear ducts.

Retina is the light-sensitive membrane at the back of the eye. Damage to your retina can cause blindness. Much of the treatment work done by our specialists involves macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, retinal detachments, uveitis and flashes or floaters.

Annual exams and vision checks are critical to your overall eye health.
