Care Philosophy

My approach to patient care is one of collaboration and education. I seek to help people get back to the activities they love through a combination of non-operative and operative methods. I encourage my patients to be open, honest, and inquisitive so that we can work together to find the best treatment option for them.

Michael Tracy, MD, MHA, is the only orthopedic surgeon operating at YRMC to have completed a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery.
