Care Philosophy

I like to help kids understand how to become a better them. So, I invest time and know where each patient and their parents are coming from. Then I can meet them where they are in their journey.

Education & Professional Highlights

Ana Gutierrez became a registered nurse in her 20s, and she says it was the best thing in the world. Nursing opened doors that allowed her to be a patient advocate. She loved helping her community and caring for people in many diverse medical and social circumstances—something she has done in our community for more than 20 years now.

Her childhood memories of caring for her own close family member nudged her to return to school, earn her Master of Science in Nursing, and become a nurse practitioner. In her youth, she had been the person in the family who learned from the doctors. Then, it fell on her to further educate her loved ones. She helped with treatment, kept track of medication and encouraged lifestyle changes. Now, as a pediatric provider, Ana shares her familial devotion with the kids she treats and their parents.

In her free time, Ana enjoys singing R&B, participating in medical mission trips with her church, visiting museums and art shows and spending time with her family.
